I am passionate about learning and practicing ways of how people can be better beings together. After joining Knowmads Hanoi program in 2015, I became a facilitator to help share the idea of lifelong learning and alternative education to more people. Also thanks to that program, I first experienced Art of Hosting in 2016, where I found my practice and community. I am an active member of the Art of Hosting community in Vietnam.

I work with different individuals, groups and organisations who wish to create meaningful learning experiences for themselves and others, as diverse as teams from the UN Development Program and international coffee retailer Tchibo. I am also a host of the Flow Game, a tool that helps people and teams reflect deeply about what matters to them through the power of inquiry and collective intelligence.

I am in a deep learning exchange with Campfire to build capacity in self organising and our collective shared leadership practice, and bring this to an emerging sister organisation in Hanoi, VIetnam - the place I call home.

I recently became a mother (a 24/7 host). This new role has opened up a whole different field and level of practice, and at the same time empowers me to show up with more presence, responsibility and productivity.
